Residential State Supplement (RSS) – Ohio
Bruno & Cora’s Place accepts residents funded through the Ohio Residential State Supplement (RSS) Program.
RSS is a state-funded program administered through local mental health boards (ADAMH) to support adults with mental health needs who require a safe, supervised living environment. Eligible individuals typically:
* Are 18 years or older * Have a diagnosed mental health condition
* Meet financial eligibility requirements * Are referred and approved through their local ADAMH board or case manager Once approved, RSS helps cover the cost of room, supervision, and supportive services in a licensed Residential Type 2 setting.
All RSS placements must be coordinated and approved by a qualified referral source (e.g., case manager, ADAMH board, or hospital discharge planner).
Private Pay Options
We also accept private pay residents who may not be enrolled in RSS or prefer direct placement.
Private pay includes:

* Transparent, all-inclusive residential rates (based on level of need)
* Flexible intake timelines (based on availability and assessment)
A deposit and signed service agreement are required prior to move-in.
